Reported in the Refuse and recycling category anonymously at 14:56, Sat 5 January 2019

Sent to Aylesbury Vale District Council 4 minutes later

The amount of litter lying on public walkways and road sides in Aylesbury has reached chronic levels. In particular the areas around the Aylesbury college (Oxford Road campus), Hartwell end, Thame Road, Hampenden Road and the area between Hampenden Road and York Place in particular are utterly disgusting. there is left over food, bags of rubbish, beer cans and dumped clothes, beds and a trampoline that has been abandoned. In particular the chocolate wrappings, food and food wrappings that have just been dropped and deliberate dumped have reached diabolical levels. It is time for Aylesbury council to take a huge wake up call and open their eyes to the real mess.
