Yet again !!!!!! Shocking litter along Silverdale, Thriffwood, Dacres Road

The amount of rubbish dropped and dumped along Silverdale, Thriffwood and Dacres road is absolutely shocking. The shrubbery areas are completely inundated with tins ,bottles, old clothing, food.......etc. And all along the road and paths. The matter is exacerbated weekly by the recycling collectors emptying bins and not picking up any of the spilt recycling. In Thriffwood people are tipping old cooking oil into the shrubbery areas and there are rats. Why doesn't the Council enforce the fines for people littering? Quite appalling.
