Loads of rubbish in car park

Car park behind houses on Airlie street next to Boulevard academy is constantly full of rubbish. The desabled parking space is used by an abandoned van and a cart full of manure, it is right outside my garden door, i can not use it anymore, its a fire safety and hygiene hazard. Also a part of gate next to Boulevard academy was taken apart and a shed for a horse was made. There is strawand horse poo everywhere. Loads of garbage everywhere,in broken bin bags and just lying around. That car park is being used as a dumping site for at least a year now.
