Lack of bins

Reported via iOS in the Flytipping category anonymously at 16:07, Mon 31 December 2018

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 3 minutes later

Outside number 21 is constantly used as a place to fly top from other houses and flats. We have also lost a bin/it has been taken. Therefore the pathway to the door is constantly blocked which is first a fire safety hazard and secondly health and hygiene as it can cause rats. Can the building have a new bin and possibly warnings to the surrounding area regarding fly tipping. Alongside this it makes the area look like ‘rubbish’.

  • There is still only two bins for 6 flats where approximately 15-20 people live. These two bins are still over flowing constantly resulting in rubbish being on the floor and attracting rats. This is appauling. Can the council either deal with this or forward it into the housing association to which own the building.
