Many thanks for reporting this, unfortunately this outage is due to a fault with SSE and their service. We have to rely on SSE to repair as they own this part of the asset, we have been chasing as they have a backlog of issues causing us concern across the counrty, we will continue to press and hope to see this rectified very soon
