Road sign so dirty and obscured by bushes that you can’t see it

The main sign announcing Colts Hill and the 30 limit as you enter the village from the north is so dirty and covered in lichen that you can barely read it, especially at night, and is also obscured by the over-grown bushes. The same is true for most of the signs up this stretch of road, including most of the speed limit signs.
