Abandoned Pot Hole Repair

It looks like these are pot holes where they have been dug out and left in a hazardous condition to be finished later as a repair in progress There are no signs of any ramps, just some white paint marking the edge of the holes is present, which is invisible at night until you are a few metres away, with absolutely no chance of avoiding them Shame the contractor didn’t get chance to fill them with tarmac to complete the repair in a professional manner before going AWOL
