Huge heap of solid and rubbish left over from AW works.

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1496811.

This eyesore has been here for over a year. Whilst the buildings and hard surfacing of Anglian Water's worksite was taken down much of the soil pile remains. It blocks the view at the road junction and blights the ountryside. I'm not sure where the responsibility for clearing it away lies, but it contacts plastic bags and other rubbish which will not degrade for years.
