Rainwater does not drain away

Blocked gully drain, every time it rains there is a large puddle on the corner, for several months - dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians on this busy corner (school route) get splashed by passing vehicles

The puddle dried up because it hadn't rained. When it rained recently the puddle re-formed, draining away very slowly. You can see that the gully drain is full of silt and appears not to have been cleared at all.
