    Hi Anna

Please see attached picture of rubbish outside no 20.

The first item left was a old WC, removed from 20 by a contractor around last October. The old WC is inside the packaging of the replacement WC.

Hope you can deal with this matter ?

    Dear Anna or colleague,

I own one of the flats next door to 20 Charteris Road which I hope you still manage? There is a pile-up of rubbish outside number 20 and we would be grateful if you could have it removed. I am copying in another concerned neighbour Lloyd Fothergill.

I look forward to hearing that you are on the case.

    Kind regards,

    Janey McAllester
