Remedial works to surplus and excessive speed bumps and waste collection programmed on same day, why?

Reported in the Road works problem category anonymously at 12:11, Wed 19 December 2018

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

There are an excessive number of speed control structures on the recently resurface Bulkington Lane from Lutterworth Road to Chetwynd Drive, they are very badly constructed, restricting speeds to 15mph at which speed vehicles are still subjected to damaging wear and tear to steering and suspension. The road closure to enable remedial works is being done on a Wednesday which happens to be the District Councils waste collection day for this area. Abysmal work all round.
