New Speed bumps

Newly installed speed bumps on resurfaced Bulkington Lane are too severe. I do not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle which is what is required to now go over them. Even approaching from a stand still you cannot go over them smoothly. They have been incorrectly installed ~ too steep and the slope is like a steep kerb.
