Junction of Kelling RB 10 and Kelling RB 12. No signage to show where RB12 leaves the RB 10 - or that it even exists! DEFRA Circular 1/09, at paragraph 2.11, admonishes local highway authorities as to the importance of providing adequate signage, particularly at path junctions.
