No signage at path junction
Reported in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 23:00, Wed 12 December 2018
Sent to Norfolk County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1485945.
Junction of Kelling RB 10 and Kelling FP 17. No signage to show where the footpath leaves the byway - or that it even exists! DEFRA Circular 1/09, at paragraph 2.11, admonishes local highway authorities as to the importance of providing adequate signage, particularly at path junctions.
Updates
-
I would like to report serious safety concerns that my neighbours and I have in Pineheath Road High Kelling.
There are tree roots lifting the pavement outside No. ' 6 and 8 as well as a raft of concrete outside No.19. Furthermore the construction works at No 28 have left the footpath in a very unsafe condition and we have had one elderly resident taking a fall due to the state it has been in for months, photo attached.
If you would care to meet me on site I would be pleased to show you the problems.

Message to Mr. Humphries. I strongly advise you to re-submit this issue, using a fresh report. That way your report will get sent to the highway authority.
What you have done, is to put this as an update to a separate issue, already submitted, and updates do not get sent to the council.
