Footpath became too narrow

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1483085.

The pavement on lower stanmore lane has over the years become extremely narrow due to soil and leaf build up, this means two people cannot pass each other safely and buggies are forced into the road
