Incorrect Sequencing - not allowing pedestrians to cross and not helping flow of traffic

Reported in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 08:23, Sun 9 December 2018

Sent to TfL 2 minutes later

Since the new lights have gone in the sequencing has not been safe. It can take up to 4 rounds of changes for pedestrians to receive the green man, which is then too short to cross safely - leading to risk. In addition the vehicle lights are on green for 7 secs direction Croydon road/Green lane and 17 seconds direction high street leading to vehicles taking risks and tailbacks as far back as Avenue Road even during 'light' traffic'.
