Litter problems in various streets avenues

Again on a daily basis the streets / roads around 'eaton avenue, dunelt, lunedale, shetland, western place' etc are poorly maintained i.e crisp packets, carrier bags, squashed beer pop cans , toffee wrappers, damaged for sale signs flying all over the place landing in residential gardens or blowing along the roads. Most of it is dropped by passing people traffic, passing school kids on a daily basis, items that havent been swept up properly. Isnt about time the councils installed cctv cameras to stamp this behaviour out on the streets ? The standards are well below average around here. And no one cares one bit.
The level of dog muck and horse muck outside properties on the public pathways is at an all time high. The streets, side streets in and around Waterloo Road in Blackpool are plastered with dog muck or horse manure !! Reported these issues many times and nothing gets done about it. Have to dodge past much animal waste in public on a daily basis. And the council have the bare faces cheek to announce in the Blackpool Gazette that millions of pounds are to be spent developing Blackpool sea front in the near future. What about cleaning up the residential areas first ??? Disgusting !!
