Pavements littered with dog waste

On a short walk this afternoon, I have never seen so much dog waste. This is a DAILY WEEKLY ocurrence. Many areas along Watereloo Road, dotted along the pedestrian walking areas on the pavement, outside the entrance to the junior school prior to the corner park entrance. Outside the shops and takeaways snd peoples homes. Not to mention neighbouring areas enroute to that area.Again its disgusting to see and have to dodge not only the empty vodka and beer bottles, but mounds of dog crap, mulched into the pavement! For example walking from the Waterloo Pub area around the side streets, Eaton ave, Dunelt rd, Falmouth rd, Lunedale ave, Western st. This area of Blackpool is a free for all. Either is a dumping ground for fly tipping rubbish, litter and dog poo. I'm ashamed to live here and fed up of dog walkers leaving a mess outside my home and others. Not a nice advertisement for holiday makers, I certainly wouldn't endorse this area. Its about time Blackpool council DID MORE to stamp this lazy behaviour out.
The PROBLEM WILL NEVER BE FIXED until dog walkers take full responsibility for their animal and the brown waste it churns out on a daily basis! The PROBLEM WILL NEVER BE FIXED until BLACKPOOL council clamp down on this and start enforcing stop checks and taking names and addresses of dog walkers. Dog waste evident all over the place. How they can let it dump outside someones gates / house is beyond me. No respect whatsoever. This is ongoing on a daily basis.

Pointless making these reports. The streets, side streets in and around Waterloo Road in Blackpool are plastered with dog muck or horse manure !! Reported these issues many times and nothing gets done about it. Have to dodge past much animal waste in public on a daily basis. And the council have the bare faces cheek to announce in the Blackpool Gazette that millions of pounds are to be spent developing Blackpool sea front in the near future. What about cleaning up the residential areas first ??? Disgusting !!
