Obstructed drain outside 3 Hopton Crofts

We have 2 drains at our front boundary kerb; facing the house the drain to the right is obstructed by a poorly finished road surface i.e. the road surface is higher than the drain forming a mound on 2 sides which obstructs water draining after rainfall. As a result significant standing water builds up to the drains right hand side. The left hand drain is not affected and functions well.
