Snettisham Bridleway No. 13. Obstructed by barbed wire fences at Park Farm. The photos (first two) are self explanatory. The bridleway signpost even points straight through one of the fences! (Even the "nearest alternative" - the field gate shown in the third photo -is all tied up with rope). The Norfolk County Council was alerted to this situation nearly SIX YEARS AGO! (NCC Ref: 378049)
