Obstruction to pavement top of Humberstone Rd

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 10:39, Fri 7 December 2018

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1480598.

Pavement at top of Humberstone Rd where it joins Winchester Rd is dangerous. This is due to a mixture of the shrubs being severely overgrown of which many are at head height. The pavement is also very slippy with a mixture of a build up of seasonal fallen leaves and uneven paving. Obstructions are causing pedestrians to step into the road to walk passed or risk slipping over.

  • Obstructions have been removed although the pavement is still very uneven and a serious tripping hazard. Couldn't been seen earlier due to overgrown vegetation.
