Village being used as a short cut, dangerous for school run, no traffic calming

This has been a growing problem for the last 6 months getting worse by the day, West Allotment village and the holystone estate is being used by the cobalt traffic as a short and are speeding through in an effort to get ahead of the rest of the commuters. Children are being walked to school at 2 seperate point is on the Benton road and nothing is being done to calm the traffic.
