Mud on road

The condition of the road has been getting worse since the quarry reopened. despite sending messages to our local councillor. the quarry has a road sweeper which simply parks in the quarry entrance and sweeps about 50 metres each side of the entrance occasionally. the gutter has now become full of the mud from the lorries and in places now overflows onto the footpath.I've checked some of the gullies and they are now nearly blocked which with the onset of winter could lead to dangerous road conditions for drivers
