Cycle Lane has too sharp a corner

Reported anonymously at 14:20, Fri 30 November 2018

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1474340.

When cycling along the cycle lane from Westferry Road, left into Salter Street and left again into Limehouse Causeway, there is a cycle lane in Salter Street and again in Limehouse Causeway.

The problem is that the corner between the two roads is too sharp and risks collisions with cars and cyclists making this left turn. This is an issue here because there are a lot of very fast cyclists heading home in the dark from Canary Wharf.

Could the pavement curb be cut away slightly, with blue cycleway colouring added to give a smoother left turn here?
