Lantern has canopy missing & out

The lantern on the FP near 197 Farmers close has no canopy and is open the elements. It only works sometimes and flashes when it rains. Both of the units near to this column have been changed for LED units. This is a danger as the unit has a live supply. please treat as urgent.
