People who work in town use Mill Bank as a free car park contravening the sign at the end of the street as they do not require access. On some days there are as many as 6 cars parked all day. Mill Bank is predominately sheltered accommodation and those who need access such as carers nurses and visitors to Mill Bank are often not able to park.
