Trees breaking our telecomms wires

The trees outside 149 - 155 Hydean Way have been consistently damaging our broadband and telephone wires by rubbing them away and damaging the wires. This has cost us large amounts of time with lost internet access, and has lost us money accordingly as we are paying for a service we can't use. Is there any way we can have the trees pruned or cut back to avoid further damage?
No contact bar a generic email response. No information regarding whether the problem has been investigated and no signs of a resolution. A little disappointed if I'm honest.
