Van with no mot and Sorn left on the road for weeks halfway down Foxholes Avenue, restricting access to property

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1471123.

The van has appeared parked along Foxholes Avenue, about halfway down on the right when approaching from Stanstead Road and has no markings to track who owns it. A vehicle check shows it is SORN and has no MOT. It is parked in such a way that it restricts, but not prevents, access to property along the private road
