Manhole cover lid cracked along main road

One triangular part of the manhole cover has cracked and partially fallen. Pointy part was sticking up an rest of it has sunken down leaving a edge with the side of the hole. Both risk damaging car tyres and are very dangerous to cyclists. Located in centre of road near number 31 Albion St. but closer to the block of flats.
