Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1469753.

Stolen milk-float abandoned and set ablaze recently. Road surface burned; melted metal and plastic fused with road; broken glass also fused. Forsty weather will probably loosen this. Area needs resurfacing. Location close to local Primary School.
