Access protection markings required

Access protection markings required to protect the ongoing problem of parked cars and vans blocking access, both in and out, of private drive.

We would like to request that a 'No Parking' sign be painted on the road adjacent to the block of flats, which are situated at right angles to private drive. This would prevent being blocked in - particularly by delivery vans and neighbours' visitors.
