People driving on grass to turn around

This is a dead end road without space for turning round. It fronts onto an area of grass with a foot path. People regularly drive across the grass to turn around. It's there a way some sort of barrier could be put in place to prevent this as the area outside my house is constantly covered in mud.

The rest of the street has small hedges to prevent vehicle access.

  • The grass area is not owned by South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC), it is still with the developer. As the land is not owned by SODC then we are unable to carry out any work to the land.
