Huge road defect.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1467026.

Thankfully I was upright not leaning over to turn when I hit the defect on my bike in the dark, others may not be so lucky and end up coming off under the wheels of other traffic.
