Rectangle Metal Construction (Approx 3ft high by 20 ft in length and 6ft in width). The construction is to the rear of Arpley Square and was left after recent repaving of Arpley Square. Rainwater accumulates in the consrction, which has an open top. Customers of High Street takeaways leaft packaging and empty cans and bottles in the construction which is becoming very unsightly despitr efforts of the steet cleaning crew and McDonald's staff to remove discarded rubbish!
