Daily litter and overflowing wheelie bins on st george's road, by side of grocery shop

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 10:06, Wed 21 November 2018

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council 4 minutes later

Every morning leaving st george's road on to the high street, the footpath by the side of the grocery shop is covered in discarded food, takeaway wrappers, beer cans and bottles, general household litter, and sometimes wheelie bins overflowing. One must walk on the road to avoid stepping on anything. This is next to the greengrocers which sells loose fruit and veg a few meters away at the front of the shop. It usually seems to be cleaned up at some point but it is back again next morning, so those responsible clearly have not been found or deterred. This is a health hazard and a disgusting start to the day for residents on the street. The problem has been present at least all year.
