AP meats hoarding causing traffic hazard

Reported in the Obstruction or hazard on road category by Joe Bloggs at 09:32, Mon 19 November 2018 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

On the 03/11/18 AP meats installed a trafic hoarding that was reported to WCC on the 03/11/18. On the 12/11/18 the hoarding was removed, presumably after WCC told them to remove it. On the 17/11/18 the identical hoarding has been reinstalled at this very dangerous junction. This is an extremely dangerous position for the hoarding and is blocking visibility on the main A435 and could easily cause a RTA. It needs to be urgently removed and AP meats informed that they cannot put it back again.

  • AP meats have reinstalled the advertising hoarding, AGAIN, on the 24th November 2018 at 08:00, it is still there on the 25th November 2018 at 20:40. AP meats are clealry ignoring the council and court action is now required to get them to comply with the law.

  • AP meats have removed the advertising hoarding on monday 26th November 2018. However based on the fact that they have returned the advert THREE times after being asked to remove it I will leave this problem open for the moment.

  • As of 18th February 2019 AP meats have installed the advertising hoarding EVERY weekend and removed it on monday morning. Clearly they think they can get away with doing this as the council appear to be ineffecive in getting AP meats to remove this road traffic hazard. If there is an accident at this island I wil be making people aware of the action of AP meats and the lack of action of the council in dealing with this problem.
