Bad parking blocking footpath

Two occupant's of WADE STREET, FARSLEY, are parking vehicles on the pavement on a daily basis, despite having private long driveways. One is a silver A class Mercedes and the other is a large transit type van, I believe its for a window company. The houses on the opposite side of the street only have on street parking, therefore to not block the road for other passing cars these two vehicles fully block the whole pavement and park within inches of their garden wall. This makes it impossible for pedestrians, wheelchair users or pushchairs to pass safely without walking in the middle of the road.
