Parking on junction

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1462768.

Cars continuously park on junction and all along the road. Today at 4pm there wasnt room to cross the road onto the pavement with my pushchair.
