Large pothole at the junction of Chalk Lane and Sandy Road and broken road surface dangerous for motorists and pedestrians in the dark

This is getting bigger every day. The County Council say is is the responsibility of Persimmon the developer who have made up half the road on the estate but not the section at the junction. Whoever's responsibility it is this is a very serious hazzard, there are no street lights on that part of the road and a pedestrian stepping off the pavement could sustain an injury as it is now 6 inches deep. When you turn left out of Sandy Road your car wheels drop into the holes with a loud bang.

Still open, via questionnaire -
Persimmon have failed to lay the road at Sandy Road following completion of the new build last year. Half the road has been made up the rest just left. The pot holes are huge and very dangerous, no response from Persimmon to our enquiries.

A temporary repair has been done - only after I wrote to my MP and they shamed Persimmon in to making the pot holes safe
