New road for housing

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 15:37, Mon 12 November 2018

Sent to Hampshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1459478.

New high level road for housing estate road on stoneham lane is to steep transition from a flat road. It's not a smooth ascending road causing cars to bottom out at the front. Same at the other site further down. Why can't they never do it right the first time, who's going to pay for damage to cars when suspension components fail because of a badly layed road!!!

Updates

  • Due to new housing, the new road layout is even worse. With a 30mph limit is to fast to hit a up ramp as that's basically what it is. As the road is not fit for its purpose. Someone needs to get this road levelled.
