On going problem drain cover raised with rain waterO
Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category anonymously at 19:14, Sat 10 November 2018
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1458183.
On going problem when heavy raining. The drain cover is pushed up by the rain. This causes the traffic to use opposite side of carriage way to avoid raised drain cover. If vehicles drive over the raised drain cover this causes loud metallic bang when the vehicle forces the drain cover back down against the force of the water.

The manhole cover was put back in place Sunday.
