All road drains blocked & no longer drain water!

Roadside drains from newbridge drive cottages to Efford mill on milford road are ALL blocked with leaves because council no longer road sweep the curbside. I was stood at bus stop & got soaked as drains unable to clear surface water & water pooled on road surface. This is a safety hazard to pedestrians crossing the road & to road users as could aqua plain!
