Trucks leaving the building site are trailing mud in both directions, leaving a thin and slippery film that needs to be properly cleaned to remove it.

HCC don't want to know suggesting reporting to Winchester shitty council, who won't respond. Road is covered with mud, muck and shite, is slippery as fuck, but no body cares for us on two wheels. Is there any point in reporting these things if the authorities won't do anything about it.
