Speeding

There is a livery yard at Hillside Farm. Horses have to criss the road twice s day to get to fields. Cars drive to fast despite horse signs. Coming from Highclere towards Andover just by farm turn is a blind hill. I believe there’s no signs that side. We really need signs that state horses crossing and a speed restriction of 25 miles an hour. It’s only a matter of time before a horse is hit
