At long last contractors have been on site, the downside is that cosmetic work is all that's been carried out, looks "pretty" but still as intrusive for pedestrians. In short a total waste of taxpayers money. I repeat comments I made in original message i.e. " I suggest it should be vertical above wall." Additionally the overgrown Ivy on other side of footpath has not been touched.

State changed to: not the council's responsibility

  • Can't understand "not the council's responsibility " as it's a public footpath, hedges are householders responsibility but surely the council enforces the requirements of hedge boundaries.
