Drains & ditches need clearing - causing flooding/standing water in carriageway

Drains/ Ditches between BT substation & Penn Lane need clearing of leaves, grass cutting, over grown shrub etc to alleviate issue of localised flooding when it rains. Route is a main thoroughfare at peak times of day & therefore a hazard if flooded/water standing in road.
