These conifers have been a problem since the houses went up on Finchley Court as before the abattoir. But since the houses went up no one maintains them. For years they have been left and they ar casing a problem with becoming out of control and so high that they overhang the back passage to St Leonard's Ave which is where I live. They block my daylight into my home and also people have tried to cut them and dumped to rubbish in our back passage. This also crates a problem with fly tipping and access to rear gardens. I have enclosed photos from my back garden and also from the passage and Fincley court. When it's winding they are so big I worry about it causing damage to my property. I have reported to the local council and even got my local MP involve and nobody wants to know. So we are stuck. We have also tried to contact the builder of Fincley Court and nobody wants to know.
