Hi there, Gensing Gardens is not being maintained adequately by ID Verde. There's one man who is directed to use a leaf blower in children's play area - the waste bins are sporadically emptied but there is NOBODY litter picking and I've been living here for 3 months - using the park 3 times a day and it's a MESS. Under nearly every tree and bush area are tons of toilet paper, wipes etc and the dogs are ending up sometimes eating human faeces - the foxes are rolling in the wipes and poor squirrels and birds are having to pick their way through the litter to collect food. It's a health hazard as well as being unsightly. If the park was maintained more regularly in these areas - I suspect it would also put off people A) using it as a toilet so much, for fear of being seen and B) the open drug dealing I see on a daily basis whilst dog walking would be reduced. Get this sorted. I spoke to the ID Verde driver in charge of the children's play areas and he told me there is supposed to be someone maintaining this area - it's not happening - and the Council should be taking back control of these jobs not farming it out to subcontractors.
