Sent to Leeds City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1452206.

Due to fireworks at Myrtle Tavern, no emergency services vehicle would be able to gain access. Proper measures needed to have been put in place for this event. I could not park my car outside my own home on returning from driving for 4 hours....disrespectful
