The pavement outside my house is cracked and uneven.

The pavement outside my house (ie not everyone's in my road) is very uneven. Some seasons worse than others with grass growing through. Can be quite dangerous for children running, not to mention disabled people. Also the tree bears plums so they fall and make a mess - and sometimes wasps. However, I really don't want to lose the tree!
